Brikena Duda
Brikena Duda is a lawyer in our legal firm since February 2019. Completed law education at the Faculty of Law of the University of Tirana in 2011, as well as her Master of Science in "Civil Law" at the same University. In her professional career, she has worked in various law offices since 2013. She is a member of the Tirana Bar Association since 2015.Brikena has extensive experience in civil and administrative litigation matters, mostly including claims related to commercial and contractual disputes, representing foreign and domestic business and entities on all levels of Albanian courts. She speaks fluently albanian, english and italian.
Denisa Rami
Denisa Rami has completed her Bachelor’s and Master’s Law Degree at the University of Tirana, Faculty of Law. She successfully passed the Bar and is a certified Civil Litigation Attorney and has several years of work experience as a Lawyer. Denisa has a continuing Education Unit at Leadership and Civic Engagement near George Manson University (Virginia, U.S), furthermore she was trained for a period of 1 year and worked in California,United States of America, as the winner of the CEE program financed by the U.S Department of State.
She also was chosen and participate at a study session on refugee’s rights in Strasbourg, France financed and implemented from Council of Europe. Denisa has finished her work practice at three public institutions in Albania (Municipality of Tirana, Ministry of Health and Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs) and was the coordinator of social and community service department near U.S Embassy Youth Council Albania.
Fotjon Dhame
Fotjon Dhame, a distinguished graduate of FDUT (Faculty of Law, University of Tirana) in 2007, brings 13 years of comprehensive legal expertise to the table. Having excelled in the Prefecture of Saranda, Fotjon is recognized for his dedication and analytical prowess. In addition to his stellar career, Fotjon undertook a specialized course in Internal Audit in the Public Sector, enhancing his proficiency in both legal and administrative domains. This additional qualification reflects his commitment to staying at the forefront of legal developments. A seasoned legal professional, Fotjon has successfully represented and counseled clients across diverse legal areas, earning a reputation as a trusted advisor.
